The Fertiliser Distributor as Change Agent

This article tests the following hypotheses through a study of a group of 283 Tamil Nadu fertiliser distributors:
(a) the rurally-based agro-industry, with its special set of institutional and psychological factors, will produce a different entrepreneurial pattern than that found in urban-based industrial plants.
