Police Action on Ramdev-II
Mazdoor Kisan Shakti Sangathan (MKSS) condemns the forcible disbandment of Baba Ramdev’s protest on 4-5 June through police action. The right to peaceful protest, irrespective of ideologies, individuals or issues is fundamental to a functional democracy. The MKSS holds that a plurality of views and their peaceful expression are a sign of a healthy vibrant democracy, and must be protected.
