The Archive and Access project aims to set up a consortium of archives and libraries in India with signifi cant historical collections through a joint online catalogue. We hope that this will be an important and useful resource for scholars and students. In order to facilitate catalogue-sharing, we hold basic workshops in digital cataloguing for librarians, as well as provide server space for an online shared catalogue.
