Abused Children Some Ethical Issues

DANU ROY has raised some important policy and ethical issues on child labour (January 31). We have all types of children - working, missing, joyful, sorrowful, playful and generally those who have not missed their childhood in a broad sense of the term. No sane person (parents included) want children to miss their childhood. But society is full of wicked elements and children are made to pay for their comforts, their profits and for their pleasures.
