Net sales of the company were up by Rs 22.09 crore for 1993-94, operating profits by Rs 5.91 crore and net profit by Rs 5 crore. Margins were high despite higher taxation, interest charges and depreciation and fall in other income. Exports were up by 108 per cent. A dividend of 30 per cent was declared for the year.
