State and People's Struggles THE post delivered the issue of September 3 only three days back for some reason or other. Hence the delay in reacting to BS's criticism of my views on mass struggle and the state. BS endorse; the line of mass struggle, but finds the idea of turning the state into an instrument of the people's will absurd. Since that is precisely the hub of my argument I should like to elaborate.
