CPI(ML) in Uttarakhand

CPI(ML) in Uttarakhand AJIT ROY (Uttarakhand and Left's Intelevance', October 1) gives a one-sided picture of the Uttarak hand movement, the Left's approach to it and the Mandal issue, it also makes a wrong assessment of the Left's striking power in the Hindi heartland, especially in the national capital, Delhi.
