State s Dwindling Role in Health Sector

Interesting information on the dwindling role of the public sector in health care has been put together in a recently published study of the Foundation for Research in Community Health. The findings are grim for the nearly three-fourths of the country's population which lives in the rural areas and for the poor anywhere.
