In his attempt to circumvent the High Court ruling and protect the police, is he deliberately fudging the awkward-facts? Or, is it a case of simple amnesia? Whatever it might have been, since his statement in the state legislature obviously amounts to misleading the members, the latter must demand a clarification from him
