65,44,384 partly convertible debentures to raise an amount of Rs 91.62 crone to cover the investments in Ankur Textiles and Nagri Mills, in addition to the modernisation of the mill at Naroda Road. The issue opened on March 5, 1991 and was closed on April 11, 1991 with the amount over-subscribed.
