SCs and STs Systemic Exploitation

The serious socio-economic questions raised by the 29th Report of the Commissioner for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes are likely to be relegated to the background by the rise of militant Hinduism and the recommendations made by it are likely to go unheeded by a system built on the exploitation of SCs and STs.
