Scientific and medical studies have shown that there is need to differentiate between various asbestos-based products, as also between the different fibre types that are used in these products. More importantly, these studies have shown that we should differentiate between the workplace and the general environment and, the fact that the use of asbestos in a wide range of products does not pose any environmental risk.
