Around 15,000 people in 11 villages that lie within the 3.5 km danger zone of the interim test range of Chandipur were herded together and shifted for the second time to make way for the test firing of 'Agni', India's intermediate range ballistic missile (IRBM). But a snag was detected at the last moment and so the firing was put off once again.
