Farce of Land Reforms in Jehanabad Indu Bharti IMPLEMENTATION of land reform measures remains far from adequate in the Jehanabad district of Bihar which has been flaming with tension over disputes concerning distribution and control of ceiling surplus land as well as of gairmazarua land. Notwithstanding the tall claims of the state government, the fact is that the poor of Jehanabad have not benefited much from these measures.
