BEFORE coming to the 'facts' about the Indira Sagar Project which Vijay Singh (July 2) has presented in his letter, we would like to clarify that this reply, although inordinately late owing to the lack of access to EPW in a small town like Harsud, is for the record so that Vijay Singh's statements do not go unchallenged.
