for expansion of capacity upto 200 tonnes for the bulk drug Ibuprofen and an endorsement of capacity upto 300 MU for highly purified Insulin, the implementation of the licences obtained is progressing satisfactorily. The company has already launched Prothiaden, a new antidepressant drug, Entamizole Forte, a double strength anti-amoebic drug, and a few more products art scheduled to be launched in the later part of the year. The new multi-purpose plant for Dothiepin Hydrochloride, a bulk drug used in the manufacture of Prothiaden and Flurbiprofen, a new potent anti-rheumatic drug, is expected to be commissioned very soon.
