Disarmament- Disowning SALT II


Bihar Caste and Class A Correspondent writes; ACCORDING to CPI communique from Patna, it has made an agreement with the state unit of the CPI(M) for joint movements "for payment of minimum wages to agricultural workers, for land reform, communal harmony, opening of closed mills, payment of arrears to the workers of the Rohtas Industries and for the burning issues of the masses". The two parties certainly deserve two cheers.
