Ask No Questions ANDHRA PRADESH witpessed a famous battle for democracy in August- September last year. With crowds, chartered aircraft, saturation media coverage and what have you, it had the attributes of a celluloid war. And appropriately enough, in the end truth and virtue prevailed with N T Rama Rao regaining his rightful kingdom. Other skirmishes for democracy too have been going on in Andhra Pradesh. Not being celluloid affairs, these do not have neat beginnings and endings and rarely, if ever, do truth and virtue come out on the winning side.
