NEW DELHI The Non-Resident Wolf ROBBER BARONS from foreign lands have supposedly descended on India to destabilise Indian industry by taking over good Indian companies, and driving their long- established owner-managements into the wilderness. This has become an absorbing talking point in many New Delhi circles of late. Influential business circles and their publicists have been present- ing such 'take-overs' as imminent, dangerous for stable business, and disastrous for the national economy. Immediate and urgent action by government has been demanded to forestall such a contingency.
