NEW DELHI Rule by PM's Secretariat BM A FORMER chairman-cum-managing director of the Steel Authority of India who is now running a private consultancy firm of his own was appointed early last year part-time chairman of the Public Enterprises Selection Board. He was also concurrently made part-time chairman of the National Textile Corporation and has now been shifted to Indian Airlines as its part-time chairman. He is obviously a very much overworked man. His elevation to such an exalted position or positions itself raised many eyebrows, especially when he continued side by side to run his private consultancy business as well. He is said to be doing very well in that business.
