Also among the invitees were tribal leaders like R T Rymbai of Meghalaya and the ageing Naga freedom fighter Rani Guidalo. The VHP is said to have collected Rs 4.8 lakh as donation for the sanmelan, out of which around Rs 3.5 lakh was spent.
