SHRIRAM CEMENT is entering; the capital market on May 18 to raise an equity capital of Rs 106 lakh. This is the new cement company promoted by a seasoned technocrat, S N Gandhi, in the joint sector with statutory board of the government of Gujarat (GWSSB). This project appears to have certain unique advantage.
