GARWARE SHIPPING has signed a contract with two Korean firms for construction of one 37,900 DWT bulk carrier at a cost of US $ 23.98 million for delivery in September 1983. The company has also an option to order another vessel on same terms and con-ditions within 3 months. Meanwhile, arrangements for financing the acquisi-tion of vessels are under way.
