In the changed contex of government policy permit-' ing mini-steel plants to expand and o set "up captive sponge iron capa- city, the company hopes to get the necessary industrial licences for these projects. Meanwhile, the programme of modernisation of the wire rod mill is in its final stage and will be com pleted by the end of the current year The company . will be the first to set up an easy draw continuous cooling system for high carbon and low carbon wire rods
