September 19, 1981 flow of funds, are allocations from the Central budget, loans from the Reserve Bank's industrial finance long-term operations fund built up out of the Bank's profits and market borrowings. While accruals from each of these sources remain substantial, they have failed to keep pace with the growing demands on the financial institutions.
