IF we judge Indian performance by the massive advertising campaigns of the GOI and state governments we are well on the way to the Ram Rajya Gandhiji used to dream about. The idiot claims and the idiot argumentation are such that not even the sponsors have any respect for the stuff. Then, who is the target of all these 'statistics' and catch phrases? Probably, the PM's speech writers.
