African Development Fund. Botswana will undertake a feasibility study for control of foot and mouth disease. Zimbabwe was asked to prepare a report on the food security plan. Tanzania undertook to work out a plan for harmonisation of regional industrialisation polices. The Swaziland government was asked to review existing training facilities in the regions and to make recommendations for better utilisation of these facilities. The Angolan government will work on a plan for energy conservation. Angola, which is the only oil-producer among the southern African countries, is in a position to meet the energy needs of the other states and its proposals will, therefore, be awaited with great interest.
