ANDHRA PRADESH Police Terror in Khammam Findings of an Investigation ON January 31, 1979, two persons were killed in a case of police firing in the village of Panditapiuam, Khammam district, Andhra Pradesh. The Civil Liberties Committee of Warangal appointed a Fact Finding Committee to investigate the circumstances that led to the firing and the subsequent developments.
