Labour Problems, but Doing Well Hansavivek MAHINDRA AND MAHINDRA has stepped up dividend by 3 points to 18 per cent on the increased capital resulting from the merger with it of International Tractor Company of India. The financial results are for both units as after their merger which became operative from November 1, 1977. The tractor division had industrial relations problems during the first two months of the year. These were amicably settled and thereafter production and sales have been encouraging.
