Romesh EVEN as our touring government returns to the Capital in bits and pieces, and we forget the endless and tedious moralising of the Prime Minister during his foreign mission to the UK and the USA (dutifully reported back at considerable; length, and cabling cost, by the sychophantie journalists carefully selected to cover the event!), it is necessary to raise a cheer, however faltering, for the energy with which the Janata leadership is elaborating our foreign policy. The energy is quadrupled, presumably because in this solitary sphere there is no serious ion-fighting to hold up initiatives.
