January 14, 1978 circulated among public enterprises by the Committee are (a) capital and maintenance costs of, and other details about, guest houses and officers' clubs; (b) expenditure on travels by directors and other executives, including costs of maintaining aircrafts, cars, etc; (c) details of foreign travel undertaken by chairmen, managing directors and other senior officers; (d) capital and maintenance costs of, and other information about, office buildings, including decoration, furnishing, air- conditioning, etc; (e) expenditure on liaison work, hospitality and hotels, clubs and other entertainment; (f) expenditure on advertisement and publicity, production of brochures, etc, and donations and subscriptions for charity; (g) rent paid for and area of residences of chairmen /managing directors and other senior officers; (h) monthly salary, commission, etc, drawn by chairmen/managing directors and other directors and annual expenditure on their perquisites.
