Recent political developments in India, including declarations that the country would follow a policy of 'genuine non-alignment', as well as the Industry Minister George Feman- des's matter-of-fact attitude towards the multinationals have allayed whatever misgivings there were in West German business circles in the wake of moves to Indianisc Coca-Cola and IBM.
