A Correspondent writes : PITY poor Mohan Dharia. Now it can truly be said of him that "he who is out of cloth is out of fashion and out of fashion is out of countenance and out of countenance is out of wit". Dharia fought the good fight to retain his 'wit' only to become the second victim of a textile lobby working hand- in-glove with emergent extra-constitutional forces. The first victim was, of course, the Textile Secretary, S K Rao, who had "proceeded on leave'' some time back.
