EASTERN EUROPE-Problems of Investment Utilisation

EASTERN EUROPE Problems of Investment Utilisation THE Institute for Problems of the World Socialist Economic System, part of the Soviet Academy of Sciences, has been working on the problems of utilisation of investments in socialist countries. The results of this work, published last year by the Soviet Academy of Sciences,' provide interesting information on investment processes and on important questions of investment efficiency in the countries associated in the Council of Mutual Economic Aid (CMEA or Comecon).
