A Tax Mine

A Tax Mine Hansavivek TATA ENGINEERING AND LOCOMOTIVE COMPANY'S expansion programme at Jamshedpur and Poona is proceeding according to schedule. The equipment being installed at Poona could have been utilised more effectively, but for the power shortage in that area. Prototypes are now being tested and the entire range of tooling required for production of new vehicles is expected to be ready in time next year for the mass production of these vehicles. The start of commercial production at Poona will result in further growth of the company.
