Sale of tractors was marginally higher at 9,881 units as against 9,659 units in the previous year, but sale of piston assemblies was 26 per cent higher. Sale of motorcycles and scooters also increased from 24,476 units to 26,002 units. There was overall increase in sale of almost all product lines handled by the company. Export sales were Rs 11.71 crores, which included tractor deliveries under the world hank credit scheme, besides agricultural implements, piston assemblies, railway and automobile shock absorbers, and even non-company products
