Release of Political Prisoners Must Be Unconditional and Total

Unconditional and Total THE movement for the release of political prisoners has made some headway in recent weeks as a result of the efforts of various political parties, democratic organisations and individuals in all parts of Incite. However, in view of recent developments and the latest declared position of the Union government on this question, it appears to us vitally important that these efforts should be co-ordinated into a united demand for the unconditional release of all political prisoners.
