Council of Ministers now that the Janata Party is a single entity. Some incompetent Cabinet Ministers need to withdraw. A number of outstanding persons need to enter the Council of Ministers. Will we keep waiting until the endless permutations and combinations of men who won their flections on a wave they didn't help to make are completed?
