Armed Struggle- Che Lives

ON the face of it, the concept of non- alignment seems quite irrelevant in the context of the 70s. With the establishment of a working relationship between the United States and the Soviet Union, with some kind of an agreement already hammered out on the limitation of strategic arms, and further agreements in the process of being negotiated, with the inauguration of an era of detente in Europe and the North American continent guaranteed by the Soviet Union and the United States, and their less powerful partners in alliance
