Browbeating Labour THE Prime Minister has complained that industrial unrest, led off by workers in the railways, power plants, steel works and coal mines, by affecting the tempo of production, has contributed substantially to the current rise in prices. Spokesmen of the working class would formulate the causality the other way round. The current wave of agitation, they would argue, is a consequence of the spiralling of prices which the government has not shown the least inclination
