NIREEKSHAK, often well-informed and always bold, has been rather stingy in appreciating the generosity of the Punjab government to some corres-pondents based in Delhi ("Fourth Estate", April 27, p 673). He writes that "a few hand-picked correspondents have been allotted living accommoda-tion in the estate at nominal rent" (emphasis added).
