The Company was incorporated at Maoras on 12.3.1963 as a PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY for the objects specified in the Memorandum of Association and in particular for the manufacture of precision Cutting Tools, viz, Reamers, End Mills, Milling Cutters, Taps etc, at their existing factory at Lattice Bridge, Madras-600041.
