LARSEN AND TOUBROs board has decided to appoint, with the approval of government, lour senior Indian mana-gers as executive directors. Besides, one representative each from L1C and ICICI have been taken on the board. These steps have been taken with a view to bring about lull Indianisation of the top management of the company in a phased manner.
