AM REMEMBER the American general who had to destroy that village in Vietnam in order that he could save it ? Something almost similar, but on a much more general scale, is happening here. The Indian people have to be saved from starvation; and in order that this happy denouement may come about, the majority of them are being, and will continue to be, starved to death.
