Deccan Steel and Alloys

DECCAN Steel and Alloys is setting up a project at Bangalore for manufacture of steel bars, rods and light structurals. Initially, the annual capacity will be 36,000 tonnes, which could be later expanded to 50,000 tonnes by under-taking production of high carbon wire rods. Construction of the factory build-ing is in progress and the plant is ex-pected to be commissioned by March next. DSA
