The objective, according to the Committee, is that the worker should get Justice without being required to go outside his taluka or block. With this end in view, the Committee has also recommended that parties to agricultural wage disputes should be prohibited from proceeding to civil court or any adjudication machinery except that suggested by it. No lawyers should be permitted to appear either at the conciliation or the arbitration stage, though workers and employers may be represented by trade unions or associations.
