MADHYA PRADESH ELECTRICALS is issuing 2,94,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each and 5,000 preference shares of Rs 100 each to finance its project for the manufacture of paper-covered strips, enamelled wires and strips and other products. Madhya Pra-desh Electricals is jointly sponsored by Shakti Insulated Wires, the largest manufacturer of winding wires in the country, and the Madhya Pradesh State Industries Corporation. The company is expected to go into commercial produc-tion in April next year.
