Rs 68.5 crores, reflecting a nearly 12 per cent increase over the year. Exports of leather and leather manufactures in 1972-73 are estimated at Rs 81.7 crores as against Rs '39.2 crores in the preceding year. Similarly, exports of a number of other commodities like tobacco, oilcakes and cotton textiles increased appreciably last year.
