Larsen and Toubro
LARSEN and Toubro is acquiring 54,226 equity shares of Rs 100 each in Hindus-tan Brown Boveri at par from Brown Boveri of Switzerland. L and T already holds 5,500 shares in HBB and Enginee-ring Construction 6,000 shares, which together is about 4 per cent of the equity capital of HBB. BBC holds about 50 per cent of the equity capital of HBB.
