RISING prices, the result mainly of the operations of smugglers and black marketeers of both India and Bangladesh, have started giving rise to anti- Indian feeling here. While no one would like to correct this feeling with any hatred or unfriendliness towards the people and the government of India, nevertheless there is a sentiment that the government of India did not take effective measures to stop smuggling on both sides of the border.
